This notice is to make the general public aware that AVA International Trading Limited (“the company”) has recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly with effect from the 8th June 2010 the Company’s Investment Services Licence has been cancelled.
