This notice is to make the general public aware that Bastion Wealth Strategies SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Libero Absolute Return Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 January 2019, the SubFund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
