This notice is to make the general public aware that Bosphorus Umbrella SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Bosphorus Umbrella SICAV plc (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 May 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
