This notice is to make the general public aware that Capaneo Investments SICAV p.l.c. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme with LEI: 2138002SB98Y74RJPF39 and its Sub-Funds, namely Neper Fund, with LEI: 213800IZ533GWAW6N413, Attis Fund, with LEI: 213800QUTPG9JBI5XS46 and Atlas Fund, with LEI: 213800SXOQJFCGTYDJ02.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 March 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
