This notice is to make the general public aware that Castlegate Fund Services Ltd (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 December 2018, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
