This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its Sub-Fund Fondo Doppio Passo (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30 November 2016, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
