This notice is to make the general public aware that Charts Investment Management
Service Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority
(“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The
MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and
does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly,
with effect from 30 October 2018, the said Category 3 Investment Services Licence
no longer subsists.
