This notice is to make the general public aware that COMAC Capital (Europe) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 July 2014, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
