This notice is to make the general public aware that Cygnus SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Cygnus Opportunities One Sub-Fund and Utilities Infrastructure and Renewable Sub-Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 September 2017, the SubFunds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
