This notice is to make the general public aware that DDA SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, CMBI 10 Short-Term Momentum Index Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 November 2023, the Sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
