This notice is to make the general public aware that Delta Exotics Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of its Category 1B investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21st November 2011, Delta Exotics Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
