This notice is to make the general public aware that Encoded Holdings SICAV p.l.c. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme with LEI: 213800D2HOEV1WMXWA14 and its Sub-Fund, namely Base Beta Fund, with LEI: 213800884XGWY8LNZP91.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 March 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
