This notice is to make the general public aware that Equinoxe AIS Malta Limited
(“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to
accept the surrender of the recognition certificate granted to it. This surrender is
entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the
MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 November 2018, the Company ceased to be
recognised by the MFSA.
