This notice is to make the general public aware that FUNDSEC SICAV P.L.C. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme with LEI: 984500CD4F994BDS7529 and its Sub-Fund, namely, FundSec Real Estate. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 November 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
