This notice is to make the general public aware that, as a result of a recent merger between the Beta Fund, Delta Fund and Gamma Fund of the Futura Funds SICAV p.l.c (the “Scheme”), the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) was requested to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its sub-funds – the Beta Fund and Delta Fund (the “Sub-funds”). The MFSA has accepted this request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 February 2024, the Sub-funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
