This notice is to make the general public aware that GDP Asset Management (Malta) Ltd (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 13th July, 2012, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
