This notice is to make the general public aware that Grenfell Funds (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Celestial Fund and the Ecliptic Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 18th September, 2009, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
