This notice is to make the general public aware that Grosvenor Square Portfolio
SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority
(“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted
in relation to Bluechip Capital (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the
Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of
any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19
September 2018, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
