This notice is to make the general public aware that Heka Fund SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Sub-Fund Metis Global Yield Harvesting Fund (the “Sub-fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 February 2023, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
