This notice is to make the general public aware that HGC Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, HGC Strategic Sub-Fund I with LEI: 213800ZTTBAWSJX71743 and LEI: 213800PXGMDJ1RNT3V13 respectively. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 October 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
