This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the licence granted in relation to:

• Abso Sub-Fund
• Alphatran Sub-Fund
• Buckingham Diversified Sub-Fund
• Buckingham RAF Sub-Fund
• Cambridge Extended Markets Sub-Fund
• Horizon Sub-Fund
• Ion Sub-Fund
• KS Asia Absolute Return Sub-Fund
• Lincoln Vale Global Adaptive Strategy Sub-Fund
• Paskewitz Sub-Fund
• Scottwood Sub-Fund
• Sussex Sub-Fund

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 th August 2011, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
