This notice is to make the general public aware that Integritas Corporate-Services Ltd has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to Integritas Corporate-Services Ltd to act as Class A CSP company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act [CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta]. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 February 2025. Integritas Corporate-Services Ltd ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
