This notice is to make the general public aware that Investkredit International Bank P.L.C. (‘the company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Banking Licence. The MFSA has accepted the company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 3rd November 2014, Investkredit International Bank P.L.C. ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
