Keystone Insurance Brokers Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the enrolment in the Brokers List which was issued to the Company to act as an insurance broker under article 13 of the Insurance Distribution Act (Cap. 487). The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such enrolment with effect from 7th March 2019. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA
