This notice is to make the general public aware that the La Valette Funds SICAV p.l.c (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the “La Valette International Equity Fund” (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 1st July, 2008, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
