This notice is to make the general public aware that Lembex Global Investments Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20th December, 2012, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
