This notice is to make the general public aware that Liability Solutions International Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the category 1B investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 4th December, 2009, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
