This notice is to make the general public aware that Mistral Pay Ltd (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution License. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request and the surrender is entirely voluntary. Accordingly, with effect from 2 March 2022, Mistral Pay Ltd ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
