This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the licence granted in relation to its sub-funds, namely NBCG Buckingham Diversified Sub-Fund and NBCG Buckingham RAF Sub-Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9th August 2011, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
