This notice is to make the general public aware that Nemea Bank plc (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary. Accordingly, with effect from 21 May 2021, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
