This notice is to make the general public aware that Nobelium Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its only two sub-funds, Nobelium Balanced Fund and Nobelium Global CyberSecurity Fund ++ (“the Sub Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 February 2018, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
