This notice is to make the general public aware that Northway Broker Limited (‘the company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the company’s request. This surrender is entirely  voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 31st July 2014, Northway Broker Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
