This notice is to make the general public aware that Pentagon High Conviction Bond
Fund IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority
(“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted
in relation to the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a
result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26
September 2018, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
