This notice is to make the general public aware that Portsea Master Fund SICAV Ltd (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, Portsea Master Fund with LEI: 549300Y24MPRDVF7LB35 and LEI: 549300JMMEIXF0VOF806 respectively. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 August 2023, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
