This notice is to make the general public aware that Prime Emerging Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the Scheme. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 3rd August, 2007 the Scheme has ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
