This notice is to make the general public aware that RTFX Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 August 2015, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
