This notice is to make the general public aware that Seed Trustees Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to receive property under trust and to act as a trustee or co-trustee; provide other fiduciary services, act as an administrator of private foundations, in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) as well as to act as a Company Service Provider in terms of Regulation 3(1)(a) of the Company Service Providers (Exemption) Regulations. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 June 2024, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
