This notice is to make the general public aware that Sharp Advisory Limited (‘the Company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Category 1A investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6th May 2013, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
