This notice is to make the general public aware that Swiss Settlements Fund Management Ltd (‘the Company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 17th December, 2012, the Company ceased to be licenced by the MFSA.
