This notice is to make the general public aware that Swissquote Financial Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 February 2015, the MFSA accepted the surrender of the Company’s Category 3 Investment Services Licence.
