This notice is to make the general public aware that UnionGoldenPay Limited (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 February 2025, UnionGoldenPay Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
