The Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) informs the public that Universal Financial Services Limited has surrendered its Category 1 licence to undertake investment services in terms of the Investment Services Act 1994. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
