This notice is to make the general public aware that, as a result of a recent merger between the Vilhena Maltese Equity Focus Fund and another Sub-Fund of the Vilhena Funds SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”), the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) was requested to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its sub-fund – Vilhena Maltese Equity Focus Fund (the “Sub-fund”). The MFSA has accepted this request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 November 2023, the Sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
