This notice is to make the general public aware that VIP Select Funds SICAV plc [‘the Scheme’] recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority [‘MFSA’] to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to BFI Asset Allocation Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 11th June, 2009 the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA
