This notice is to make the general public aware that Woodman Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Sub-Funds, Woodman NICG Fund and Woodman NICG Fund II. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 January 2024, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
