This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Scheme in relation to the below Sub-funds:

• Audentia World Equity Fund (LEI Code: 529900M6ALLN9JWXZU09)
• Armatura Fund (LEI Code: 529900VFL7NO7XJ3CC64)

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 September 2023, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
