This notice is to make the general public aware that Accuris Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Accuris Global Health Care Fund and Accuris Fixed Income Enhanced Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 February 2015, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
