This notice is to make the general public aware that Alphabetos Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

Bravo Fund; and
Mike Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24th May, 2013, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed bythe MFSA.
