Surrender of Licences by Altma Fund SICAV plc

This notice is to make the general public aware that Altma Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the:
- Adelaide Sub-Fund;
- Amiens Sub-Fund;
- Ardee Sub-Fund;
- Atrium Sub-Fund;
- Berkeley Sub-Fund;
- Clarence Sub-Fund;
- Dargle Sub-Fund;
- Dictys Sub-Fund;
- Fossil Sub-Fund;
- Foxrock Sub-Fund;
- Grove Sub-Fund;
- Heytesbury Sub-Fund;
- Iveagh Sub-Fund;
- Kerry Sub-Fund;
- Lotus Sub-Fund;
- Macrorisk Sub-Fund;
- Mirador Sub-Fund;
- Ormond Sub-Fund;
- Pimlico Sub-Fund;
- Talbot Sub-Fund; and
- Wicklow Sub-Fund.
(“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 23rd October, 2009, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
