This notice is to make the general public aware that Altma Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to:

Dawson Sub-Fund
DoSalto Sub-Fund
Malta Transtrend 1 Sub-Fund
Marlborough Sub-Fund
Parnell Sub-Fund
Seabury Sub-Fund
Waterloo Sub-Fund
Eden Sub-Fund
Conquest MFS Sub-Fund
Merrion Sub-Fund
REECH Rochester Sub-Fund

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme`s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6th September, 2010, the Sub funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA
